Our specialists use the Bill of Materials and drawings from your machine to supply the right parts for your exact needs. Parts are ordered from trusted suppliers or fabricated at our machine and finishing shops where they undergo thorough quality inspection before being shipped to you. Our Service Assembly team pre-assembles parts to fit your machine specifications and prints – right down to the type of fasteners used. Programming is installed by qualified technical resources and assemblies are dry cycled whenever possible. Take comfort in knowing your parts will be delivered to you ready to plug and play.
Same-Day Shipping
Receive same-day shipping of in-stock parts when you order before 5:00 pm (CT), any day of the week. Simply request same-day shipping during time of order. Other options are available as needed for emergencies (e.g., same day flights, courier, etc.).
Next-Day Shipping
Receive next-day shipping of in-stock parts to most U.S. destinations when you:
- Place your order for in-stock parts by 5:00 pm (CT), Monday – Friday
- Specify UPS Next Day Air
In the unlikely event your qualifying order is not delivered the next business day, we’ll credit the difference between UPS Next Day Air and UPS Ground.
Receive The Lowest Price on Any OEM Replacement*
If you find the same OEM replacement part at a lower cost, we will beat that price by 10% of the difference between our price and the competitive quoted price. Simply provide your PartsDirect specialist with documentation showing the lower figure. Any OEM replacement part found at a lower price must be:
- Shown on a current competitive quote**
- Of identical type of quantity
- In like condition, whether new or reconditioned
- In stock or available no later than our quoted availability
*Guaranteed best pricing does not apply if competitive quotes are based on special OEM pricing agreements for larger users or national accounts. Guaranteed best pricing also excludes parts under special contract through Douglas, fabricated parts and shipping and handling charges.
**Competitive quotes must be dated, (a) within 14 days prior to the date of our quoted price, or (b) within 14 days following the date of our shipment.
