This robotic top load case packer meets market needs for lines requiring products to be packed vertical in the case and lines requiring both vertical and flat pack product orientations. Vertical pack configurations produce retail ready display cases with 1 or 2 product facings. With a quick and simple changeover it packs pouches and flat bottom bags laying flat in the case with 2 or 3 products per layer.

The TriVex® SL & SLi use a dual Scara robotic solution uniquely combining the functionality of a product infeed, pack pattern collation and case loading functions into one mechanism.

Vertical Pack – Bags and pouches standing in the case

TriVex® robotic vertical pack solutions are used for products that need to be upright through distribution or for retail ready display packs.

TriVex® SL systems are supported by solutions for bag handling and conditioning, case erecting and closing, and training and support services.

Flat Pack – Pouches packed flat in the case

Case Erecting and Sealing The TriVex® SLi is designed to erect, load and seal cases in one compact machine. With complete integration comes less product handling, less case handling and less maintenance within its compact footprint.

The TriVex® SL & SLi Scara robot is Douglas-built and controlled by a Rockwell ControlLogix platform. This platform makes adjustments easy and saves time. Its simple design allows for unparalleled machine accessibility and the compact footprint requires less hardware. The TriVex offers high payload/speed combinations of up to 25 cases per minute without gantry type components.
